STOCKTON, Calif. — Police arrested a man accused of shooting and killing another man in Stockton last month.
According to the Stockton Police Department, 23-year-old Antuan Scott-Perry was arrested Monday in connection with the deadly shooting of 24-year-old Michael Jackson on Oct. 27.
Police said officers responded to reports of a shooting around 2:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Mac Duff Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Jackson unresponsive with multiple gunshot wounds.
Jackson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Scott-Perry was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on homicide-related charges. Police said the shooting remain under investigation.
