MODESTO, Calif. — A man is behind bars months after a deadly shooting in Modesto.
The shooting happened Sept. 30 near Martin and Clayton avenues in Modesto. Modesto police said 44-year-old Morse West, who also went by the nickname "Holly," was shot to death.
Police arrested 55-year-old Michael Gunn at his home Wednesday, months after the shooting.
