DAVIS, Calif. — The UC Davis Aggies earned its seventh win in a row after defeating the Eastern Washington Eagles 48-38 on the road on Saturday night.
Aggies quarterback Miles Hastings passed for 329 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions.
Lan Larison led the Aggies' running attack with 182 rushing yards and a touchdown. Samuel Gbatu Jr. led the Aggies in receiving at 134 yards and two touchdowns.
The win improves UC Davis to 7-1 overall and 4-0 in the Big Sky Conference. Eastern Washington drops to 2-5 overall and 1-2 in Big Sky play.
Following a bye week, the Aggies will look to continue their success when they host the Northern Colorado Bears on Nov. 2.

Eastern Washington finished 10th in the Big Sky Conference 2023 season while UC Davis finished 5th.
The Eagles had a solid game last week defeating Sacramento State 35-28 in a close game.
UC Davis is ranked No. 6 in the Stats Perform Top 25 Poll and AFCA FCS Coaches Poll, and Eastern Washington is unranked.

Aggies Last Week
UC Davis is coming off another strong game beating Cal Poly. Aggies quarterback Miles Hastings completed 27 passes on 30 attempts and threw four touchdowns. UC Davis defeated the Aggies 56-10. Hastings threw for 458 yards, the fifth-most yards thrown in a single game in program history.
The Aggies have won eight straight games against Cal Poly. UC Davis will continue to secure the Golden Horseshoe for the eighth straight season.
UC Davis running back Lan Larison, gained 82 yards on the ground from 13 attempts, scoring two rushing touchdowns. He also caught five passes for 90 yards, including one receiving touchdown.
