DAVIS, Calif — The UC Davis Aggies and Cal Poly Mustangs will go head-to-head at 4:00 p.m. in Davis.
Both teams are entering week three of Big Sky Conference play. The Aggies are looking to get their sixth straight win.
The Aggies are 5-1 (2-0) on the year. This is the first time since 2021 the Aggies are 2-0 in the Big Sky Conference.
The Cal Poly Mustangs finished 11th in the Big Sky Conference 2023 season while the UC Davis Aggies finished 5th.
UC Davis is ranked #6 in the Stats Perform Top 25 Poll and AFCA FC Coaches Poll, and Cal Poly is unranked.

Aggies Last Week
UC Davis is coming off a strong game beating Portland State on a controversial touchdown call as time expired. Aggies quarterback Miles Hastings threw an 11-yard touchdown pass to Trent Tompkins for the 27-26 win.
The play was reviewed to confirm if Tompkins crossed the goal line. The play stood.
Portland State appeared to have won the game on the previous play but officials put one second back on the clock for what would become the game-winning touchdown.

Hastings passed for 398 yards, three touchdowns, and had one interception. Aggies running back Lan Larison ran for 133 yards and caught nine passes for 109 yards and had a receiving touchdown.
