CALIFORNIA, USA — There's no shortage of holiday spirit heading into the Fourth of July in Northern California.
Whether it's a drone show, parade, air show or, of course, a fireworks show, there's almost something for everyone from Sacramento and Roseville to Stockton and Modesto.
Here's a list of what to expect throughout Northern California.
Fourth of July in Northern California
West Sacramento
A three-game baseball showdown between the Sacramento River Cats and the Reno Aces will end with a fireworks show to close out the series. The series starts on July 1 and ends on July 3 with the River Cat's 11th annual Fourth on the Field. It promises to bring food, music and more for a fun-filled night.
Modesto
There'll be a fireworks show after the Modesto Nuts face the Fresno Grizzlies at John Thurman Field on July 3. On July 4, Downtown Modesto will be host to the annual Independence Day Parade.
Stockton
Food, music, shopping, fireworks and more are in store for anyone heading to Stockton's annual 4th of July Parade and Festival. The festival takes place on July 4, and the festivities carry on through the day until the fireworks show, which is just after 9:30 p.m.
Roseville
Roseville's Fourth of July festivities starts with a 5K marathon before the start of the annual parade. The celebrations end with Fireworks @The Grounds between 9:15 p.m. or 9:30 p.m.
Elk Grove
Elk Grove is holding it's annual fireworks celebration on the Fourth of July with plenty of food, music and spectacle for everyone in attendance. The festivities kick off at 5 p.m., but the actual fireworks show won't be starting until 9:40 p.m.
Folsom
The rodeo is coming back into town at the perfect time to help celebrate the Fourth of July in Folsom. The festivities start a day early with the return of the Folsom Pro Rodeo, but there'll be plenty to check out for the holiday.
Lodi
There'll be a party at Lodi Lake for this Fourth of July. Lodi Lake has been closed for an improvement project, but that will change on July 4. The lake is once again open to the public for "4th of July at the Lake, An American Festival."
South Lake Tahoe
South Lake Tahoe is doubling down on Fourth of July festivities, celebrating the holiday on July 3 and July 4. Complimenting the big parade this year is the inaugural Fourth of July Airshow over the lake. However, there'll also be more than planes in the sky as well.

Fairfield
Fairfield is hosting a parade this Fourth of July, bringing the free event to residents. This year's theme is "An American Journey" and kicks off at 10 a.m.
Vacaville
While fireworks are not legal in Vacaville, the city is hosting a free, family-friendly event for residents to celebrate the Fourth of July — including a firework show at the end of the night.
Dixon
After a two year hiatus, the Dixon Fourth of July Fireworks show is coming back to Hall Memorial Park. The city and Dixon Rotary Foundation are co-hosting the 2024 event, calling it the “largest fireworks display to date.”
Suisun City
Suisun City is hosting their annual Fourth of July celebration along the waterfront Thursday, bringing out amusement rides, live music and even fireworks for the community to enjoy.
Lincoln
The Fourth of July celebration features several events throughout the day. Most of the events are at McBean Park.
Auburn
Auburn's Fourth of July festivities are moving to Railhead Park this year starting at 4:30 p.m.
Rancho Cordova
The 39th annual Fourth of July Celebration kicks off on July 3, but the fun will also extend into July 4 as well. It'll tout two nights of fireworks, carnival rides, concerts and more. Here's what to know.
